Digital Project Manager
Full-time
We've got a great team full of talented, passionate and all-around incredible individuals, but still, we feel like something is missing.
You are a seasoned Project Manager (at least 1-3 years of experience) who is experienced in the digital space and can honestly look at yourself in the mirror and say that you meet most of the following criteria:
- I have a post-secondary education in business or a technical field
- I am knowledgeable in Project Management principles, methods, and techniques (Project Management Certification is considered an asset)
- I have experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
- I am comfortable with project estimation, billing, and reconciliation
- I have experience maintaining and managing positive day-to-day client relationships
- I pride myself on being detail oriented and delivering successful projects on time and on budget
- I am knowledgeable of the internet development lifecycle
- I have experience managing print projects and production
- I have read the whole list without getting bored – or scared

Intermediate Designer
Full-time
We've got a great team full of talented, passionate and all-around incredible individuals, but still, we feel like something is missing.
You are a seasoned Designer (at least 1-3 years of experience) who is experienced in both print and digital design, and can honestly look at yourself in the mirror and say that you meet most of the following criteria:
- I have a killer portfolio and 2+ years of design related education
- I'd consider myself proficient (read: I am a wizard) in Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
- I know what it means to design 'on brief' and am comfortable following brand guidelines
- I have experience, or at least am familiar with, designing: mood boards, storyboards, interactive page layouts, site girds, photo retouching, Facebook applications, branding, print materials and magazine layouts
- I have an understanding of the strengths and limitations of Flash, After Effects, QuickTime, Director, and ImageReady
- I am detail oriented (read: I look over my own work before clicking 'send')
- I am eager to learn and am comfortable taking direction
